What is Tufting?

• The literal translation of Tufting is "tufting method", which is an embroidery technique that uses poking movements to quickly and continuously pass yarn through the fabric backing at a fixed rhythm.
• The process of Tufting is very therapeutic. When the wool is nailed into the canvas, the "squeaking" sound is similar to white noise, allowing participants to put aside distracting thoughts and focus on what is in front of them.
• In the Tufting workshop, the instructor will teach students how to install the base fabric for the embroidery frame, position it, start the draft, and use the carpet gun. Soon you will be able to show off your skills!
• The studio provides 50x50 and 80x80 carpet workshops for customers to choose.
• Teach carpet gun usage skills, carpet making and simple trimming skills
• If you are a beginner or not confident in your skills, the instructor will help you make the carpet you want. *Students can choose to make carpets or mirrors. If you want to make a pattern of your own design, you need to submit the design to the instructor for review at least 5 days before the workshop, so that the instructor can ensure that your idea can be realized.
