I have always been a loyal fan of Let's Relax. I have tried more than ten different branches in Hua Hin, Bangkok and Chiang Mai, but this one has the worst experience. The receptionist was obviously idle, but he just stood at a distance, pointed to the sesame oil next to the reception desk, and without any introduction, asked the guest what scent he wanted to choose. Maybe Let's Relax has opened too many branches, and the spa procedures have become stylized. In addition, the technician's gestures this time were ordinary, which completely destroyed the concept of "Let's Relax never fails" in my perception.

Super hassle-free to book the massage via Klook. Just paid via the app and made the reservation with the shop trh day before then we were good to go! It’s even cheaper than the actual price at the shop. Staff were very friendly and totally love the vibe there! The design and overall environment made me felt like I had disappeared into a retreat house faraway from the hustle and bustle (although the shop is actually located at one of the busiest streets and most touristy areas in Phuket). Overall an amazing experience! will definitely come again when I visit Phuket!
