What to expect

Wanghai Alley is located next to Badouzi Fishing Harbor, near the ecological conservation area, and is an excellent place for diving and appreciating the underwater world. Suitable for water activities and diving, this activity will involve stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) to a fixed point at sea for snorkeling, viewing the sunken ship, and overlooking Elephant Trunk Rock. From sunrise to sunset, it offers different beautiful views.

Good to know

  • To ensure safe activities, participants must follow the instructor's directions. The instructor has the right to stop or suspend the activity if a participant's behavior endangers their own safety.
  • Please inform us of any pre-existing heart conditions, high blood pressure, or other legally defined medical conditions at the time of registration.
  • The recommended age for this activity is six years and older. Children under 6 years old must bring their own life jackets and be accompanied by their parents to ensure they can follow the instructor's instructions to maintain safety.
  • Please finish breakfast/lunch before the activity begins. We do not recommend doing SUP on an empty stomach. If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend taking seasickness medication to prevent motion sickness.
  • Bring your own water: Please prepare a bottle of water, approximately 550 ml or more, for use during the activity. Plastic bottles or reusable plastic containers are acceptable, but metal insulated containers are not suitable as they may sink in the water.
  • The instructor will decide whether to cancel the activity due to rain. The instructor will prioritize the safety of participants based on wind and wave conditions. Activities will proceed as usual on rainy days with small wind and waves and no lightning.
  • Please bring your own snorkeling gear (commonly known as a snorkel mask). Alternatively, you can rent it from the instructor upon check-in (approximately TWD50 per set, payable on-site).
