- Choose a pass that covers the number of attractions you want to visit
- Reserve the first activity on the Klook app or website within your Pass's activation validity period
- Once your Pass is activated, you can reserve rest of the activities anytime within your Pass's usage validity period
- Some popular activities sell out quickly. Remember to make reservations in advance!
- Validity can be different depending on the package. Refer to package details for more information.
- You'll get a voucher to take part in each activity, so you can fill your days with joyful experiences

What to expect
- Purchase your preferred passes
- Go to 'My bookings' in your account to activate your pass and reserve your visit to your activities of choice
- Select the date and timeslot for each activity (if applicable)
- You will then receive confirmation of your reservation for your chosen dates.
Visit any of the activites on any date before the validity expires! Note that some activities require an additional reservation on the merchant's website. See package details for additional information.

Not useful. little savings but whole lot of inconvenience having to book in advance with limited slots available. If this is the way how Klook works for local and overseas, I am very disappointed and will share with all my friends this inconvenience.

There are few options, and you cannot cancel the order—terrible services and not flexible. One voucher I didn't claim, but after one month, it expired without giving any notice. I don't know why Klook cheating its customers in this way!!
Best place to burn out your kids! With professional staff available to assist even 1st timers! Parents could drop off kids at ease~

Why does the Singapore Discovery Experience Voucher show only one out of four?
Don't notice that the package ticket is only 60 days, it will expire if you don't play it⋯😭😭
False advertising ! Had a very unpleasant experience with this bundle. Not all the attraction stated in the description can be used with this pass. Only those 12 that you can book via Klook Portal are eligible despite those stated in the terms and condition. The story started when I bought this pass thinking that I can use it for the nerfxperience where the terms and condition stated that it is eligible and that I can book it via the attraction. I proceed to book a timeslot via the nerfxperience website which is planned for today as part of my date. However, upon arrival, my partner and I was rejected as we do not have a valid klook QR code which is supposed to be provided by klook. I tried to contact the SG klook hotline but the number was invalid. I then proceed to contact the chat and after 30minutes of troubleshooting, I was told that the nerfxperience is not eligible for this bundle in the end. This is definitely not what was stated in the terms and conditions as it is clearly stated that nerfxperience is part of the participating attractions ! I will be reporting this to CPFTA if I don't receive any explanation from klook.

We booked NERF and Virtual Reality Room.. I suggest you use it on weekdays so it won’t be crowded (even if you choose the peak hours). We enjoyed our time like we owned the place.
The list was quite awesome and that there are lots of options to choose from. One sad thing though that the Tactsim has a minimum age limit and I was not able to try these activity. Overall, it was indeed fun, like the 1 hour Axe Experience and 2 hours on Katapult Trampoline were indeed tiring. My siblings and I had an awesome days on these activities. Nerf is also nice.
