The van is spacious and comfy where all my kids enjoyed our 3 hours land trip to Hua hin. Its assigned driver is very nice to talk to since he knows how to speak in English well. He also arrived on time in our hotel. Excellent service and its very convenient if travelling with kids.

The return trip was lost by the driver in Hua Hin, and finally I took a ride back to Bangkok! The customer service does not have the ability to deal with the problem immediately. Even the pipeline that asks for the refund does not know where it is. It is a bad experience and is not recommended!
