- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Taiwan laws and regulations: Children under the age of 4 are required to use baby cots or safety seats; it is recommended that children over the age of 4 and under 120 cm in height use a car booster. Please note the child's date of birth and height when booking and weight information, the first seat can be provided for free, if you need the second seat, please pay TWD 300 on-site
- Overtime calculation 0-30 minutes, five-seater car TWD 300, nine-seater car TWD 350, 31-60 minutes, five-seater car TWD 600, nine-seater car TWD 700
- For the mountaineering connection route, if the stop point is increased due to personal factors and exceeds one hour, an additional overtime fee will be charged. Overtime fee: 1H/600 yuan for five seats, 1H/700 yuan for nine seats, and please pay in cash on site
- Explanation of the price increase during the Chinese New Year period: TWD 2000/car for chartered cars. One-way carpooling costs TWD500 per person, and two round trips are counted. Please pay on site

Pick up and drop off on time. There was no overtime charge for more than 20 minutes in traffic jams, and the whole journey ended smoothly.

On the whole, this is the most disappointing time for me to participate in the klook event. First, the time to confirm the voucher is almost more than 72 hours. I only confirmed it almost the day before departure. Secondly, the attractions suggested by klook turned out to be places that the driver has never been to. The driver I didn't give any advice. After going to the first attraction that day, we told the driver that it was different from what we expected. We asked him if the next attraction was worth going to? He even said that I would look at your route first, saying that he hadn't read it. I feel very dissatisfied with this. The driver didn't understand the scenic spot at all and didn't take a group photo for us. He just stayed in the car after arriving at the point. There was no introduction on the way, it just seemed to laugh at why we chose these rural places, but the irony is that these are all attractions recommended by klook's own itinerary. Today's chartered car service is the happiest time for me and my family.
