- Visit the airport counter after purchasing/renting an LG U+ product, show your purchase voucher, and mention the sticker. For pickup items at the counter, mention is required.
- Pickup Locations: Incheon (T1, T2) / Gimpo / Gimhae Airports
- Notes: Stickers are provided based on the number of LG U+ products purchased, with a maximum of 3 stickers.
- For reservation customers, stickers cannot be received at Incheon T1 F counter. Stickers can only be picked up at the reservation-only A counter
- As for Data option, you will receive QR eSIM by QR code on Klook voucher & As for Data+Call/text option, you can set it up at Airport counter(Extra top up required)
- If you choose data+voice/SMS plan, voice/SMS top-up fee will be charged when you pick up at LG U+ counter in the airport (Can not be changed to data only plan at the counter,Mobile number starting with 010 will be provided)This number can be used when waiting for a reservation.

Booking guidelines
- Only country-unlocked phones that support eSIM can be used. Please check whether your device supports eSIM before purchasing.
- this eSIM works with eSIM compatible iphone and samsung mobiles.
- Please contact customer service or check from the mobile phone manufacturer website to check whether your mobile is compatible or not.
- Cancellation or Refund is not possible for mobile compatibility issue.

- General voice calls and text messages are free of charge for incoming only. If you need to make a voice call or send a text message, please select Data+Calls and texts option. Call origination service may not be available depending on the handset model.
- This eSIM is capped at 3GB data at 4G LTE speed per day. Once you exceeded daily data volume allocation, you can enjoy the internet at 5Mbps speed without any limitation. 4G LTE speed will return at 0:00 local time daily.
- If you delete the downloaded eSIM, you cannot recover it. If there is a problem, please do not delete it and contact customer service.
- Identity Verification Service should not work with this product. Some Apps or Texts which require Identity Verification may not work. Text verification service that only requires the mobile number is available. For example, a simple booking service which requires only a mobile number will work.
- Present your voucher with your passport for Data+Calls and Texts option.

- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice

Cancellation policy
- As for Data + Calls and texts option, Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made before a voucher is redeemed
- As for Data only option, No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
- Refunds may be accommodated in cases of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen events. This is subject to merchant/operator approval; Klook will not be held responsible for unapproved changes or refunds
