It was a bit hard to sell, the consultation before starting the facial was a bit too long, and I would lobby for other skin-friendly treatments, and it took a while before I entered the room. There is no gown provided after entering the room, and I have to wait a while to get it after talking about it. Cleansing + exfoliation + a little needle cleaning eyebrow + machine introduction + manual massage + RF eye + mud mask (RF eye is an extra gift). The introduction time of the facial machine and the RF eye are a bit shorter than the others, which is unreasonable, and then the facial massage is performed. The RF eye has been doing for a long time, which is a bit of a surprise. The effect is ok. After the completion, there is a sell package, new customer checkered, 350/square, 8 squares off (you can choose aqua peel, and other different treatments will deduct 1 square). Overall ok, except for a little sell..

Overall my experience was lovely, my therapist was fantastic and made me feel super comfortable. They definitely try to upsell you and it does take some time to start the treatment! I would recommend getting there 10/15 minutes early! The only thing I was not fond of was how often my therapist left the room during treatment - but it wasn’t too big of a deal!

the salon is convenient in causeway bay. the service was ok nothing special for Hong Kong standard. the therapist was friendly.
