We were thrilled to get a free upgrade to a villa. Thanks to Klook for the platform, it feels cheaper than other hotel booking platforms in mainland China! It's super suitable for families to have fun, with many free activities, and even peacocks displaying their plumage while you eat breakfast. The food at the hotel restaurant is also good. There's quite a selection for breakfast too, with both Chinese and Western options. There's also a sunset ceremony every day at 6 pm, with snacks and drinks provided. During our 3 days and 2 nights, besides booking the Moon Rock Cave exploration, we spent the rest of our time participating in different activities at the hotel, such as archery, bamboo pole stretching, fan painting, and feeding alpacas… The only pity was that the Li River bamboo rafting was suspended when we went, so they offered fan painting as an alternative.

wonderful experience indeed. hotel staff were friendly and super helpful. the package came with 2 dinners for 2, breakfast for 2, an afternoon tea for 2, fan painting experience for 2 and free photo shooting session. all were very enjoyable and super fun. our villa was luxurious and confortable. environment of the resort was super cool and every corner is a great photo opportunity. had a blast with the peacock and alpaca feeding too. super good deal all in all and would definitely recommend!!

We stayed two nights at the Banyan Tree Yangshuo using a discounted rate. Big brands always guarantee a good stay, and they even provided a small room decoration for our anniversary, as requested in the notes. The package included breakfast, afternoon tea, and a travel photoshoot. The breakfast was delicious, the afternoon tea was decent, and the photoshoot came with 5 pictures, though it was a shame there were no outfit options. The hotel blends seamlessly with nature; every brick and tile, and animals everywhere. We fed fish, ducks, peacocks, and alpacas. We experienced both sunny and rainy days here, and there's a sense of returning to simplicity and slow living.

The staffs and service there is excellent. It’s a very ideal hotel for family. You can stay in the hotel area without going anywhere, but still full of fun. The scenery of the place is absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely come back again. 👍👍👍

The villa was booked for the second and third nights. With its antique architecture, you can get close to nature when entering the hotel. There are alpacas, peacocks, ducks, and fish to feed~~ The children had a great time

Banyan Tree is Banyan Tree, comfortable and considerate. We were even upgraded to a villa during our stay, which made my daughter extremely happy. The facilities of the hotel are excellent. The beautiful garden view and the banks of the Li River can only be described as poetic. I will definitely go again if I have the chance!

The environment is very nice, close to the Li River. The breakfast is also quite rich. The kids loved it, they could feed alpacas, peacocks, ducks and fish. There are two small playgrounds. Climbing Banyan Hill is also a good activity. The package includes a travel photography project. The hotel provides free clothes. Xiaowan Travel Photography and the photographer Xiaofei are very professional, and the photos they took are beautiful.

Stay in a villa on the third night and take the opportunity to feed the animals in the hotel. During Christmas, the hotel will have fireworks at 20:00. So exciting

This trip was perfect. We spent two nights in the hotel and were very satisfied with the service, facilities, and food! This was the first time for my family and I to travel alone in China without a group. We were a little worried when we set off, but when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the decoration of the lobby, the landscapes everywhere, and the soft smell of aromatherapy. joy. Although there was a bit of a misunderstanding when checking in, I must praise Sophia Liang. Her flexible and considerate arrangements greatly added to our trip. Compared with other staff, her professional and attentive attitude and coping skills will make every guest from out of town feel at ease. She paid great attention to every little detail and provided just the right service, allowing us to enjoy our personal time without missing anything. Although the food selection in the restaurant is not too large, it is clean and hygienic. Mandy Cheng will remember the room number of the guests and was able to greet us when we arrived at the restaurant, which is very rare! Holly, the masseuse at the spa, has a warm attitude and a bright smile. We also enjoyed the class very much. All in all, this is our first time staying at a Banyan Tree hotel. We can really feel the difference from other international five-star brand hotels (Marriott/Sheraton/Hilton, etc.). If I have the opportunity, I will definitely stay there again. ! This family trip was so much fun! The hotel had duck, fish, and alpaca feeding, which was really satisfying for the children! The hotel service was excellent! So wonderful! The only complaint is that the dinner provided by the hotel was only spicy, with no non-spicy options, which was really disappointing!
