Food is not bad and cute. Wasn't sure if there was any further indication on the menu with regards to the pricing of the christmas drinks, but would have appreciated if told at point of ordering that it would be chargeable.

Nice afternoon Japanese inspired afternoon tea set with nice pastries, desserts & choice of 2 drinks. Took lots of photos as they look so nice. However, a bit difficult to get attention of staff due to the layout at Atrium. Also need to wait a while for the tea break set to be served.

Had a leisurely and enjoyable time with this afternoon tea set. Good variety of sweet and savoury items.

Bought the High tea voucher during the 1 for 1 sale. The high tea is almost fully booked and left few slots in December. Food is not bad, would be better if savoury food and scones are served hot.

The afternoon tea tastes so good. The lady serving us gave us really good recommendations of what to choose for our 2 pots of tea that will go well with the food and advised us the sequence to eat it. She is so friendly and also checked in regularly with us on the taste of the food and tea 😊 it's been a while since I enjoyed such good customer service here, much appreciated!! The ambience was also quiet, relaxing and I had an intimate high tea session with my girlfriend!

Staffs were friendly and good attitude. We were having a very good service from them in term of helping to take nice photo at us attached with beautiful background. The desserts were nice and toward sweetness but still consider nice. Super recommend everyone to experience once a life, you will not regret it. Love love!

Late review. This was the 2nd trip to Pan Pac for afternoon tea. Very good value for money and nice of them to offer a cake for my friend's birthday. There was slight confusion on the menu as it was the start of the month. I called to clarify the menu when booking but the items served was the menu from previous month. I was happier as I prefered the Japanese menu over Mid Autumn hence no complaints from me. Service was friendly and good.

My thoughts of the floating seats are above the pools, haha was my mistakes. Quiet and calm surrounding, highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet environment. Food is okie, not too sweet and sushi is very nice.

Great food and lovely vibes! Desserts are well made and there is choice of TWG tea or Bacha coffee (one-time, not refillable)
