All you have to do is book, set the delivery time, and then claim your luggage at the airport after 4:00pm or at your accommodations after 6:00pm. This secure and efficient service makes your trip to London much easier!

Luggage Services
- Pick up time for luggage delivery from the hotel to the airport must be at least 2 hour(s) before your flight departure time. Any extra cost due to an urgent request will be paid by the customer
- Luggage Weight Limit: No single bag may weigh more than 32kg or 71lbs
- The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32 inches (length and width total 180 cm)
- The luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack or bag (briefcase)
- All luggage will be sealed and wrapped

- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Customers will be charged by credit card for additional bags which are not booked in the order
- If the delivery is delayed, LuggAgent will deliver client's luggage to the appointed address by Fedex or DHL, without extra charge
- For luggage delivery to/from the airport, please refer to the confirmation letter from LuggAgent
- For luggage delivery to/from hotel, luggage collection and delivery will be handled by the hotel concierge
- For luggage delivery from hotel, upon checkout, drop off your luggage at the front desk and inform hotel that LuggAgent will pick up the luggage (please take a photo of the luggage and storage receipt before leaving the hotel)

Easy peasy. I really recommend this. As we travel to hotel by underground tube,we dont have to carry the heavy bags with us. Driver is really friendly. I prefer communication via whatsapp rather than email. But customer service desk reply email promptly, shouldn’t be any problem at all.
Used this service in London. The only tedious thing is I have to dropped an email to respective agent about the luggage receipt, luggage photo & a photo of yours. Reason being they do not have counter at Heathrow T3 (hence they asked for a photo to identify the luggage owner). We arrived at the airport earlier as they will start charging after 15 minutes.
There will be an additional 30-minute buffer period at the agreed time. Because you are staying at a friend's house instead of a hotel, you need to pay an additional USD15. There is no hotel counter to help hand over the luggage. You can only hand it over to the agent in person, so it is really important whether the agent arrives on time. Fortunately, I made an appointment at 9:30, and the agent arrived around 9:50. The address and additional fee of USD15 will be confirmed by email after the order is placed. The disadvantage is that there are too many emails and it is very messy. Both klook and the local LuggAgent will send confirmation letters. Both sides The pickup locations given are also different (subject to the last one provided by LuggAgent!) The advantage is that the customer service on both sides respond very quickly! It’s very helpful! Moreover, this service really saves a lot of trouble. I will order again next time I go there.
Very excellent service provided.. I had 2 large luggages (26 & 28 inch), 2 small luggages (18 inch), a backpack and lady handbag with me upon coming back.. And the service in London is way too expensive.. Luckily of Klook, I managed to have my 2 large luggages to be delivered straight to Airport with a reasonable rate compare to others.. I travel to airport with my small luggages using public transport.. Manage to meet up with driver to collect my luggages at Airport.. Excellent service !!!
Very good and fuss free. Our flight was at night so our luggages were picked up in the morning for us to start our day. The driver met us at the airport to pass us our luggages before we check in. We had a careless and easy travel without the need to lug our luggages with us.
It is highly recommended to buy on the last day of the trip. The staff will pick up the luggage at the hotel at the designated time, confirm the airport building and time with you, then you can walk around without "burden", and you don't have to rush back to the hotel to pick up the luggage to the airport.

If you choose the time 18:30-19:00, the British driver may arrive at 19:00, so it is best to choose earlier. In addition, if there is no counter in the hotel, you will need to add 15USD, and the manufacturer will send a letter to use stripe Payment
