Luggage Services

  • Pick up time for luggage delivery from the hotel to the airport must be at least 2 hour(s) before your flight departure time. Any extra cost due to an urgent request will be paid by the customer
  • Please check the email from the merchant for more arrangement details
  • Luggage Weight Limit: No single bag may weigh more than 32kg or 71lbs
  • The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
  • Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32 inches (length and width total 180cm)
  • Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack or bag (briefcase)
  • All luggage will be sealed and wrapped

  • Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
  • For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge

  • If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur

  • The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
  • Customers will be charged by credit card for additional bags which are not booked in the order
  • If the delivery is delayed, LuggAgent will deliver client's luggage to the appointed address by Fedex, DHL without extra charge

Insider Tips:

  • For luggage deliveries to/from hotels, luggage collection and delivery will be handled by the hotel concierge
  • For luggage deliveries from hotels, the drop off time is not the time when the driver collects your luggage, so you can just leave the hotel after taking photos of the luggage and storage receipt
  • For luggage deliveries from Airport/Station, your luggage will be personally collected and delivered on site
