Reservation policy for Universal Studio Beijing
- No reservation is required for selected-day tickets; you can enter without linking the ticket to the app.
- Online reservations are required for non-selected Day tickets and annual pass holders. Show your reservation voucher on the day of your visit to enjoy faster entry
- To ensure the safety of the park, please refer to the official health and safety guidelines for the latest admission requirements
To make a park reservation on the Universal Beijing Resort app:
- Step 1: Open and log in to the official Universal Beijing Resort app or mini program. Tap “Park reservation” on the homepage and choose your reservation type
- Step 2: Find your order by entering the order number, or use your ID number and visit date to find eligible orders for reservation
- Step 3: Select and confirm the order you want to reserve (If you booked through a third-party platform, make sure the order is linked first)
- Step 4: Choose your preferred entry time for the day and complete the reservation
Courtesy tips:
- Tap “Reservation record” in the upper right corner of the park reservation page to view your reserved orders
- During peak periods, access may be restricted once the park's reservation limit is reached. Complete the reservation early to avoid delays to your visit
