Reviews
The room space of iBusiness premier is relatively large enough for two persons. The washroom is equipped with a shower and good sundries. The lounge is tidy and provide tea and coffee.
The room is large and the staff is very good. I think the amount of gifts is too big, but it was better than I expected.
Many shortcomings: The so-called upgraded discount iLounge provides continental breakfast is actually not nutritious + breakfast without food, even a bowl of fried vegetable pork noodles or cooked food, only Zhai Fang Bao and Guo JAM, shabby to a peak, In fact, it is better not to send it, waste time can not go, Request is checked out from 1 o'clock, Extend check out to 2 o'clock, Front Desk and Sales Coordinator are both unwilling to help the helper one hour later, because of the large number of people, it is counted. , It's outrageous because it's a small half roll of toilet paper, it's like getting started with a clean and easy to dry, too lazy to replace the leftover than I use to bury it, and it is so stingy that I can't choose it in a hurry, I shouldn't choose it next time Will pick another room to stay again. Advantages of Shanghui Deluxe: The room of 26 square meters is larger than other room types, and the relative price is smaller than other room types. A PLAN package includes fine wines and Micowave. If there is a promotion, you can go out to buy snacks and go back to the house.
So I booked a mother day package for work and lucky it was for work only. The room was super dirty and the phone in the room is broken (Literally every room's phone is broken). So I changed the room several times to a new one but it looks the same. Finally,I couldn't even tolerate the terrible of the room. I paid extra money to upgraded to another room. Don't expect it looks the same with the pics provided by Klook. Recommendation is.... go for renovation please!
Thank you for booking your staycation with Klook and taking time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear that you had an unsatisfactory experience while staying at iclub Wan Chai Hotel due to the cleanliness of the room and the condition of the amenities. Your feedback has passed to the local operator, in order for them to provide a clean and comfortable room to our customers. We appreciate your kind understanding and hope to serve you better in the future.
The room I lived in was large, with a microwave oven, and a hair-brushing bed, but the breakfast was only a square package, coffee ☕️ black tea and orange juice!
Continental breakfast is the lounge. The rooms are average. If you are working nearby, it is a good choice. If you are on vacation, you will not consider it.
Everything is not as expected. The equipment in the room is very basic, and there is no anti-theft chain. The so-called sofa of the suite is the same as the refrigerator. It was originally shared with the opposite room, so I don’t dare to put it out in disguise. The so-called continental breakfast was originally only three types: square pack ten. Orange juice, ten coffee, small red wine, ten small chocolates, plus model-like commemorative items, Regal Hotels Group has saved a lot of money under the epidemic!
