I would like to praise the front office staff for their good service attitude and thoughtfulness. There are also small gifts in the room to celebrate the anniversary. I chose Shang Palace Chinese Restaurant for 800 yuan, but I was disappointed. It was very ordinary and not worth the price.
The staff service is first-class, the klook package is very cost-effective even for food and beverage consumption, the hotel rooms are relatively old-fashioned, and there are not many choices in the Club Lounge.
Hong Kong's service is as good as ever. The staff are friendly and courteous. The quality of the food is also excellent. The Klook package is very discounted. I will come again next time I have the opportunity.
From the beginning of check-in, I have felt the sincere service of Shangri-La. We celebrated anniversaries and birthdays and the hotel sent us bouquets, chocolates and cakes. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. There are a lot of refreshments during the evening cocktail hour in the Horizon Club VIP Lounge, and the staff is very kind and courteous (especially Joyce); the next day, the breakfast at Cafe TOO is very rich and has many choices. Our $1000 credits were used for room service, and we couldn’t run out, and we even bought cookies from the bakery. Check out at 3 o'clock and stay for more than 24 hours. Overall, I had a great two days here.
Check in this Monday to Tuesday, grab an upgrade to a deluxe deluxe sea view room, including $1000 credit with the Horizon Club, and get a discount of $500 from citibank, which is only $1920, which feels super value. Originally, 14:00 was enough time to check in, but finally there was a room at 14:45, but you can eat tea while waiting in the Horizon Club, there are sweet and savory, and the taste is good. Although the room is not newly renovated, it does not feel old. The space is very spacious, and the bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The large window in the room overlooks the Central Ferry Pier to the Convention and Exhibition Victoria Harbour. Due to the freezing weather, there was no one in the swimming pool. We swam with our friends for half an hour and there were no other people in the water. The constant temperature pool didn't feel too cold. At 17:00, you can go to the Horizon Club cocktail. The food is not the same as the tea, but it is equally exquisite. There is also a chance to have dim sum at the cafe too. 18:30 Use the credit to eat the cafe too dinner buffet. There are many types of dishes from different countries. The range of food is very large, and the refill speed is also high. There will be no shortage of food. It is worth a try! In the second morning, the buffet breakfast at cafe too was very rich, and there was so much food that I couldn’t try it out, because the food area was as big as the buffet dinner, so I ate slowly and it took me two hours to eat. Since you can check out at 15:00 on weekdays, and go to the Horizon Club for a tea at 14:00 before leaving, a complete staycation with non-stop eating and drinking ends first. Hong Kong’s service is much better than what you hear. It’s not as good as your own experience. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and Horizon Club are all very friendly, and they can pay attention to the needs of customers. It’s a service that makes me feel good, and I will love it want to stay again!

Seldom write a review for a hotel experience, but this staycation trip with Island Shangri-La is the best choice to celebrate our silk wedding that I can’t help to recommend. Lucky that we got a free upgrade to the newly renovated sea view room. When I entered to the room, the curtain was automatically opened and the sea view was revealed. So amazing! The room is elegant with all kinds of high technological equipment. I love the way they protect the environment without downgrading the enjoyment of guests. The staff was very helpful, well trained and polite. They sent us flowers, cookies, chocolates and tailor-made cards to celebrate our anniversary. The food at Cafe-too and the lounge made our day. Various choices and delicious! We also enjoyed the World Cup in the hotel room! Last but not least, the Christmas decorations was everywhere. I love the joyful atmosphere here! Highly recommended hotel!
