The staff is friendly and courteous. The staff also gave me a birthday cake when I checked in on my birthday. The room is spacious and comfortable. The dim sum and barbecued pork at the restaurant in the hotel are delicious.
The activity was considerate, and a welcome cake was prepared for us as soon as we entered the room. It was even very delicious. The Gaomei Cake Shop in Shangri-La on Hong Kong Island cannot be missed.
Upgraded to Horizon Club Ocean View Room, the accommodation experience is perfect! Extra large room and large square bathtub, the food in the VIP room is very exquisite and delicious, the service attitude is very good, and the shopping mall downstairs is convenient for eating and shopping!
I would like to praise the front office staff for their good service attitude and thoughtfulness. There are also small gifts in the room to celebrate the anniversary. I chose Shang Palace Chinese Restaurant for 800 yuan, but I was disappointed. It was very ordinary and not worth the price.
The stay was wonderful which was extended to 32-hrs. The staff was nice in helping checkin and even offered to help us taking photos. The afternoon tea provided at the lobby lounge was delicious.
bought this staycation package at a very great value. the package includes the hotel room with peak view, which was very nice, plus $800 dining credit which I’ve used in the dinner buffet and room service. the dinner buffet was perfect and there was a great variety of food with good quality. island Shangri-La is always a nice hotel.
