The savories, sweets and scones are delicious! The best afternoon tea set I've ever tried in 2020. Particularly love their English scones with generous amount of English clotted cream, self-made jams. The jams can be mixed into black tea too!! The tea choices are good and soothing too while enjoying the tea set. The balance of savories and sweets are excellent. (I've tried St. Regis, Rosewood, Grand Hyatt Tiffin, Conrad etc)
The packaging is very exquisite, full of Christmas atmosphere, and the desserts and savoury are also excellent. In particular, the delivery is arranged directly by the hotel, which is different from ordinary express delivery services. I am ready to gather at home for the holidays and want to slowly and easily check in the preferred recommendation!
The service is always high quality, and some savoury items and desserts have surprises. On the contrary, the three Christmas-themed desserts are just normal, but the salmon brand with the four seasons sign is substandard...
Overall the food is good, staff is nice and flexible to handle my request.

Very nice Christmas edition afternoon tea, the packaging is great, with the tiers. Pick up was smooth, the staff found that the Wine & Dine chocolate badge was broken and changed a new one for me right away. Scones and most of the items are tasty.
Packing was good and pretty. I love it! We didn’t need to wait too long for picking up. Tasted good. Only the scones were a bit cold but that’s fine with me. You may put them in the oven for few seconds if you want a better taste. But overall experience was nice. Highly recommended.
I am so pleased that I was one of the top 50 in ordering the wine n dine festival tea set delivery. It was on time and come with pretty glasses and wine! Loved it!

Really lovely design, very christmassy with both the packaging and the desserts. Even though it's takeaway you still get the experience of having afternoon tea in a restaurant. The food is amazing, especially the pistachio tart. Pick-up was quick and easy. You just have to show them the voucher and that's it, no hassle. Highly recommend
