no response, no clarity for the order and refunded with 60% deduction

No one came and I did not get the service. You are scammers.

The operator didnt clarify in the desc. that they cant reach or server customer who 10 km away from their store on public holiday. Until this message is done written, the operator cannot be contacted and I still didnt get my refund.

It was my first time to try the reflexology massage service. The masseur arrived on time, but I didn't expect that the foot massage lasted a full hour, which seemed a bit sloppy. I am also a masseur, so I know that many reflex areas are not massaged! He grabbed my calves and the soles of my feet three times, and then just a few hasty presses on my back, shoulders and neck, and then my head, and it was over! The service was not worth tipping at all, but since the masseuse came to my hotel to give me a massage, I tipped a little.
