Went for a staycation during Covid. The price was good and the sea view room was very chill. The hotel sent birthday cakes and they were delicious.

Spent our anniversary here together, and it was a blast. We got a free upgrade to a one bedroom studio, and the view of the Victoria Harbour from the deck was absolutely stunning. The room had utensils for us to cook, so we could enjoy a nice meal in front of such a great view. And they said we didn’t need to any washing up afterwards, which I don’t have to tell you is awesome! Other things include: a balloon, a small canvas to draw on and some chocolates. Mini bar even included a small basque cheesecake! Breakfast was average, though. But overall, a very satisfying experience.

Seaview room is great! We had a memorable art tour by ARTUS staffs. The outdoor heated swimming pool kept me warm on a chilly windy day. Breakfast area is nice. Everything is relaxing and I felt like a truly vacation.

After ordering the activity, the hotel staff took the initiative to contact and arrange. Although there was a little problem in the process, the hotel staff tried their best to arrange carefully (especially appreciate the professional performance of Ms. Chen!) The next morning, I was able to enjoy the beautiful view of Victoria Harbour for breakfast. The food was fresh and rich, but because the breakfast was a set meal, the portion was too small. The taste of the food is a bit inaccurate. Fortunately, I can deal with it quickly after reporting it to the staff, and I feel their sincerity. Staff performance: Maybe the team is relatively young and experienced, which is not the top service, but it is also kind and courteous. This time I booked K11 Artus by Klook in March. I have already stayed in many hotels before, but there are not many hotels in the city because there are terraces in the city. I have long wanted to stay. As a staycation package, breakfast is the same as afternoon tea. It is famous for teaset, and I have tried it before, but this time I eat in the room, but I don’t feel the same. Value, it is recommended!

The hotel has an elegant environment, a high degree of privacy, and is full of cultural and artistic atmosphere. Stepping into the lobby on the tenth floor, you already feel a relaxed and comfortable feeling. The staff are very kind and courteous, and will personally lead guests to the room and introduce the facilities and services in the room in detail. Our package includes afternoon tea in the room. The Tea set is exquisite and delicious. Breakfast is at The Commune on the tenth floor. The restaurant is also a good place to enjoy the beautiful sea view. We chose a healthy breakfast, which is simple but also very good. The gym and swimming pool are not very big, but they also have an invincible view of the Victoria Harbour, which is worth recommending.

Had a fabulous stay at Artus. The hotel is trendy with art pieces throughout, complimented with an informative art tour. The room is contemporary & spacious, especially enjoyed the gorgeous harbor at the balcony under the autumn breeze. High quality breakfast freshly made to order. Excellent service throughout, provided a feeling of tranquility in a prime location.

Staying on weekdays was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite. Check in fast, the employees are nice and greeted all the way. Although each room has its own design, they are all very comfortable, and it is best to live in the east wing and avoid the 10th floor. Since I celebrated my husband’s birthday, I hoped that I could check in early by klook, and I knew everything I could do to prepare a birthday cake, and a birthday balloon was prepared for the greeting card. In addition, a package includes afternoon tea and breakfast, and an afternoon tea table is pretty, but the taste is average, but breakfast is just as good. Although it is a set, it is easy to be full with a large portion, but it is better to eat early. You can pick a good place to check in, and you will feel at home as an accommodation.

Really enjoyable stay ! Nice and spacious room, it’s really an apartment type, rather than a hotel room. We’ve booked because of the kitchen and kid can cook with us. very pleasant staff! Delicious breakfast! Will visit again fore sure !
