100% recommended. It has breathtaking scenery while incorporating elements of thrill like 360 degree spins. Our guide Andrew was friendly and informative and made sure everyone was ok from time to time! Would recommend sunglasses in order to keep your eyes open during the high-speed ride!
The riding experience is great. When the speedboat is driving on the river, it is windy and you need to keep your head and neck warm. It is also convenient to drive to the meeting point by yourself, it takes about an hour to drive from Queenstown.

Great 2 hour experience with Dart River Adventures. Our driver/guide was excellent and very knowledgeable about the boat (my husband had questions about the engine), the river conditions and the area in general. He provided some interesting historical information and of course the boat ride was great fun. Highly recommend this tour for people wanting a little more from a jet baot experience.
Not to be misses for South Island, professional and safe. Sandfly repellant and a hoodie is recommended, it will get super cold during the ride even in summer.
Captain is cool. Spin the boat with fun and enjoy nice view.
dart river experience was fun. quite bumpy and sunny. recommend to bring scarf. the shop also gave us a free piece of cloth to put around neck
ok to go for this if you have not tried it before. was supposed to go to the lotr site, but for whatever reason, it did not go. was a let down.
