What to expect
Yilan, located on Taiwan's east coast, is where the Kuroshio Current and the island's rivers meet. This confluence brings a variety of seasonal migratory fish, making it a prime feeding ground for whales and dolphins, and thus, the best whale watching destination in Taiwan. This tour will take you to the beautiful Yilan coast, challenge you with the popular and fun SUP experience, and allow you to get a close-up view of Taiwan's only active volcano, "Turtle Island," which resembles a turtle crawling on the sea. If you're lucky, you might even capture the dreamy "milk sea" Instagram-worthy photo!

- About Milk Sea
- The Instagram-worthy photos everyone wants to take at Milk Sea actually depend on luck! According to regulations, you cannot get off the boat at Milk Sea (directly at Turtle Head). The Milk Sea outflow is located at Turtle Head, which is a turning point on the waterway. For safety reasons, boats can only pass through at idle speed and stop briefly to take pictures from the boat. Getting off the boat and into the water is prohibited. However, if you're lucky, the Milk Sea may drift to the swimming area.
- Smoking and cooking are strictly prohibited during the activity. You are welcome to bring your own food.
- For your safety, please follow the lifeguard's instructions at all times during the experience. The lifeguard has the right to terminate the activity for the safety of all participants.
- For safety reasons, life jackets must be worn at all times in the water. Scuba diving is prohibited. Smoking is not allowed on the boat. If any of these rules are violated, we will return immediately, and no refund will be given.
- If the minimum group size is not reached, you will be contacted 3 days before the activity to arrange rescheduling or a full refund.
