You'll be riding with a professional, English speaking driver who will wait for you in your hotel lobby or the airport. You will have plenty of room for yourself and up to two companions as well as room for luggage. Book a one way transfer and for the return journey, simply make another booking for the opposite direction. Throw your cares away and relax in the lap of luxury as you head off to or from the airport with new adventures awaiting you.

Confirmation:
- You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 business day. Once confirmed, we will send you the voucher via email
- In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email
Schedule:
- Daytime: 8:00am-10:00pm
- Evening: 10:00pm-8:00am
- Please note that a cash fee of KRW20,000 will be charged for evening pick ups
Additional Information:
- The number of passengers and amount of standard luggage should be no more than 5 (e.g. 3 passengers should take no more than 2 standard size luggage)
- Standard luggage size is 24". Luggage over 28" will be considered 2 pieces
- If you need to stop at other sites on the way to or from the airport, a charge of KRW20,000 will be collected in cash by the driver
Incheon International Airport Pick Up:
- Please indicate your flight arrival time when booking
- Pick up time and extra charges will be based on flight arrival time. If you want to be picked up at another time, please contact Klook in advance
- A waiting time of up to 90 min is free of charge. However, if the driver has to wait for over 90 min after actual flight arrival time, a cash charge of KRW15,000 per hour will be collected by the driver
- The driver will wait a maximum of 150 minutes after flight arrival time before leaving the premises
Airport Terminal 1
- Please meet the driver near Gate 12 (inside the hall) and the driver will be holding a Klook signage and your name
Aiport Terminal 2
- Please meet the driver near Gate 6 (inside the hall) and the driver will be holding a Klook signage and your name
Incheon International Airport Drop Off:
- Please indicate your desired hotel pick up time upon check out
- It is recommended that you schedule your pick up for at least 3 hours prior to departure
- Be reminded to arrive at your designated pick up area at least 5 minutes prior to the pick up
- A waiting time of up to 30 minutes is free of charge
- A surcharge of KRW15,000 per hour will be collected by the driver in cash for over 30 minutes of waiting time

Since there was an airport-hotel at the same time but it was connected, at that time, because the driver was late, I had to contact the whatsapp window the day before the departure, so be sure to be on time. The driver didn't arrive early the next day, and the window also told the driver that it had arrived in the first ten minutes of the scheduled flight. I was relieved.
The driver is late, the language is wrong (the driver is Korean), but when waiting at the airport, the whatsapp contact window is a mainlander, who has instant assistance to contact the driver, let us know at least how long it will take.

This is the second time I have called the car through klook. The driver arrives ahead of time, and the driving technique is very good. The focus of the car is very clean. The driver will also help you with your luggage. The whole trip is easy and enjoyable and there is no pressure. I really like this trip.

The trip was horrible when the driver was careless and crashed into the curb in the tunnel to the airport. Chinese driver and kg know English so what kg can say. Hopefully Klook will take note of this

Driver was nice, but hardly a “luxury” experience. Did not feel like he was a professional driver at all. Driver was dressed in torn clothes and offered no help with luggage. Seats were pushed all the way back, leaving little legroom. Driver did not know the location of basic landmarks in Seoul. Driving style was uncomfortable, with a lot of “pumping” of the gas and brake, instead of a smooth ride.
