Booked a 45 minute Indian upper back/neck massage before I headed to the airport to try to add relax as much as I could before 16 hours of flying. Greeted warmly, offered tea, air conditioning felt wonderful. The same therapist did my facial and massage. She was soft spoken, skilled, and had a solid technique. I really appreciated the Thai techniques she also used by climbing on my back and using her strength from above me, particularly with the knots ambiance: amenities: massage therapist: facilities: service:in my shoulder blades. I left feeling like a million bucks! Highly recommend. Located in Old Town, very affordable, and Klook has great pricing that you can't beat.
Ending Hanoi Trip with a calming and soothing massage after a week of busy and full activities. I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times because of the halong bay tour, they are very accommodating and the response are very fast. The massage are very nice and relaxing. Highly recommended!
Excellent service! I fell asleep during the treatment, it was so comfortable and a great value. I even left a tip. I truly recommend it.
The lovely ginger scent filled the air as soon as I entered the spa, and I was able to relax in the nice, calm private room during the treatment. I could choose from three levels of pressure, and the fatigue in my legs disappeared instantly! I would like to use it again when I come to Hanoi.
Tucked away in Hanoi's Old Quarter, Rice Spa is a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle. The staff is exceptionally professional and friendly, making the booking process and my entire visit seamless. My traditional Vietnamese massage was fantastic—the masseuse expertly worked out deep tension, and the use of natural ingredients was a lovely bonus. Every detail, from the welcome drinks to the clean, quiet rooms, contributes to a truly relaxing experience. If you're in Hanoi and need to unwind, Rice Spa is a must-visit. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and will definitely be back.
I went to this place because it was very close to my hotel and had great reviews. My body is incredibly stiff, but when I mentioned I was in pain, they listened carefully and repeatedly checked in with me, asking "OK?" which I really appreciated. It's been about three days since my massage, and I don't have any muscle soreness or bruises, so they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!
You first enter the shop and they offer you some raisins and hot tea while they ready the room, while you take off your shoes and wear their sandals. They ask where you want them to focus on (you can say the whole body). Then they tell you where to go and you change into robes and shorts. They quickly wash your feet and then are asked to lie down. However, once you lie down, you take off the robe, but they cover you in a towel. If you want a nice massage, you should see if you can request Ling. I usually like massages that are on the harder side and she really massages you hard and checks in with you to see if you are OK. If it's too hard for your taste, then let her know and she'll avoid whatever area you don't like or to be more gentle. I would request for Ling again.
Everything was completely satisfactory. Even though it was a last-minute reservation, they massaged not only my feet, but also my arms and head, and I was very relaxed.
Easily accessible in the old district and value for money. My back felt a bit sore the next day and I felt like more pressure could be placed on my legs but boyfriend enjoyed his massage so probably it depends on the therapist. Overall good experience!
Our family of four visited. It was myself, my husband, our college-aged son, and our elementary school-aged daughter. It was great that even the kids could enjoy it. I got a foot massage and they adjusted the pressure perfectly, it felt amazing. The interior was stylish and clean too.
