Activation procedure
- The eSIM should be activated within 30 days after redeeming the QR code. It is recommended to activate your eSIM on day of departure (can be done in your country) to avoid causing unintended early start of data usage
- The eSIM is valid for the selected number of days after activation, calculated on a daily basis. For example, if you purchase a 3-day eSIM and activate it at either 08AM or 10PM on October 1, it will remain valid until October 3 at 23:59 (timezone is GMT+8)
- Scan the QR code and activate it automatically. No registration is required
- Internet connection is required to install the eSIM (using either Cellular or WiFi)

- Do not delete the eSIM. QR code can often only be scanned and activated only once. After scanning, eSIM cannot be transferred to another device.

- Dial “*#06#” on your mobile phone. If the EID barcode appears, it means your mobile phone supports the eSIM function. You can refer here
- The eSIM will be sent to your email within 30 minutes. After purchasing, please look for an email from tell@xplori.world to redeem your eSIM QR code.

- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
