My partner and I truly enjoyed the Cloud Hunting and Glow of Dawn Tour in Da Lat. It was one of the highlights of our trip! Watching the clouds at sunrise was a beautiful and unforgettable experience, and the views were absolutely stunning. We also appreciated the free breakfast at the cloud viewing spot and the complimentary coffee at the café included in the itinerary. These thoughtful touches made the tour even more enjoyable and relaxing. A special thanks to our tour guide, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the tour. He went above and beyond when my partner accidentally left his phone at the cloud viewing area. Thanks to his assistance, we were able to retrieve it without any issues, and we are very grateful for his kindness and dedication. Overall, everything was well-organized, enjoyable, and worth waking up early for. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Da Lat and looking for a memorable experience!
This was the first trip in Vietnam where I felt disappointed. The day was very structured, moving from one activity to the next like a production line. While stops like the temple, fruit tasting, traditional music, canal boat ride, and coconut candy workshop were interesting, they all felt staged and heavily focused on tips and selling products rather than genuine culture. The canal ride was brief and seemed set up purely for tourists. Lunch and other stops felt the same. I stayed overnight in a budget hotel, which was very poor, with insects in the room, so I checked out early. The night market was quiet and underwhelming, and the floating market had very few boats—nothing like expected. Overall, not terrible, but not authentic. I’d recommend visiting the Mekong independently for a more genuine experience.
We were lucky to witness the stunning sea of clouds at Cau Dat Farm—it was truly unforgettable. The weather was incredibly cold at 13°C, which made the experience even more special. Our tour guide was very friendly and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus. We were also fascinated by how they naturally dry their persimmons, and of course, we couldn’t resist buying some of their delicious delicacies—plus, they offer free tastings! Our last stop was a café, and their cacao drink was a solid 10/10. Drinks are free too, and you can choose what you like.
Such an amazing experience, the best tour, the tour was very well planned, they contact you the day before, they pickup and drop off u back to hotel, they also provide free breakfast, drinks and water bottled.. The tour guide very helpful and friendly.. recommended to take this trip whenever u in Dalat
The itinerary of the package was really well-planned. The hill view and the place built for sightseeing were great for clicking photos and enjoying the natural view.. The strawberry farm was also good. Before returning, we went to a cafe that was really beautiful and the cold chocolate was delicious. The guide was good as well. Overall, we really enjoyed the package and it was worth waking up early.
I booked this trip for my mom and aunt who currently are in Da Lat, Vietnam. They did enjoy the tour! According to them, they first went uphill to witness the sea of clouds. Then, they also went to strawberry and persimmon farms. Lastly, they went to a cafe and grabbed their free drinks there. Not only that, they were given free breakfast and bottled water prior. They were picked up and dropped off in their hotel in a timely manner. The tour agency, as well as the driver and guide are very kind, professional and knowledgeable! They made sure to contact my mom the night before the trip via WhatsApp. My mom and aunt highly recommend to have this activity be added in Da Lat itinerary.
Title: The best guide! Even without clouds, we had an amazing time. We booked the Cloud Hunting tour 2 days prior and honestly, James made the entire experience! He is hands down the best guide we’ve had on this entire trip—so fabulous, responsive, and spontaneous. He’s also really funny and kept the mood high the whole time. Even though nature didn't cooperate and there were no clouds on the 23rd Dec, we still enjoyed the beautiful scenery at Trạm Hành. A huge highlight was the strawberry farm (the cats there are so friendly!) and the final stop at Bản Lèo cafe had great coffee and a stunning view. Travel Tip: Be prepared and dress warm! Even if the forecast says 17°C, it feels more like 15°C up on the hill due to the wind. It only starts to warm up from 7:30 AM onwards, so you'll definitely want layers for the early morning! Check the Klook app and book at least 2 days In advance
It's great that they pick you up directly from the hotel~ Since it's a sunrise tour, it's chilly when you go early in the morning. When you arrive, you'll see a lot of people~ The guide will give you a ticket, and you can exchange it for pho or tea. Take your time taking pictures and sightseeing for about 2 hours, and the next course is an introduction to juniper trees, persimmon trees, and strawberry farms, but there's not much to see. Just think of it as a place to buy souvenirs. And we go to a cafe, where drinks are also included~~ After about an hour of taking pictures and relaxing, we return to the hotel~ Sunrise view + breakfast + coffee + pickup, what could you complain about at this price? LOL. I recommend it, go go go.
We had the most incredible time on this unique adventure! Our guide, Nguyen Ly, was absolutely fantastic - super friendly and made sure we were always taken care of. She even snapped photos for us everywhere! Special shoutout to her for accommodating our family's vegetarian dietary needs during breakfast. Cloud hunting can be hit or miss, but we were so lucky! My parents were completely thrilled!♥️
