When I booked a car from the beginning, I thought it was wrong to order it as a unit. KLOOK's friendly and immediate processing let us embark on the journey with peace of mind. On that day, the driver, Brother Aguang, was very polite and worked hard to reach the places we wanted to go. At noon, we took us to eat spicy fried crabs. The prices were acceptable. The most moving thing was that we talked to Aguang during the chat. Brother talked about a beer that we drank at the restaurant. Brother Aguang ran three local stores in order to get us to bring it back to Taiwan for our family to drink. In the end, I accidentally overtime because I was looking for wine. Brother Aguang didn't mention the timeout money, but we were so touched that we gave him a tip higher than the timeout fee. It was a super satisfying experience. We directly packaged it for 10 hours, plus 11 hours for over time. We do not regret it at all, and we highly recommend it.

The driver arrived an hour early, and I was embarrassed to end it an hour early. We need to help us add more space! Due to the arrangement to Baisha Island the next day, I chose the more remote East Coast Resort, so the itinerary was a bit backward, as follows: Itinerary Pink Mosque-Danau Biru Kijang (Blue Lake) -Telaga Biru (Man-managed Blue Lake)- RM Ballond Alim (Seafood Restaurant) -500 Lohan-Conch Park-Guanyin Temple-Hui Resort

Driver was punctual and informative. Smooth ride. Just a little too pricey if we compare to getting a local driver when we arrived. Journey to Bintan desert, blue lake, Lagoi Bay and Treasure Bay.

The driver is very friendly and arranges the itinerary according to our needs and requirements. A group of six people can easily and easily swim for most of the day. It ’s important to eat at the first step. The restaurant is clean and the food is suitable for everyone. Blue lake, small desert, must go somewhere. There are not many local transportations. It takes 30 to 45 minutes to drive from point to point. It is recommended to charter a car for safety and security.

We got the 4 hours ride. Booked it at 730am and received a confirmation at 1130am. The driver arrived at the lobby by 1pm. We started the trip smoothly and ended it smoothly as well. We were lucky enough to get a driver that happens to be a tour guide as well. The Chinese tour guide Aguangren took the initiative to introduce us to many things and buildings in Bintan and took the initiative to help us take pictures.

Good, highly recommended. Clean, new 7 seater car, bottled water provided. Friendly driver Who told us information about the places of interest we wanted to go. Brought us to a very nice kelong lunch which is very economical.
