Ash & Elm at InterContinental Singapore

We came in a big group & enjoyed the food + service so much. It is such a good deal when you come in a big group as the discount is so worth it. The food is so delicious especially the flatbread & the brie ring. We even managed to get a cocktail each + a lot of food & the amount of of $500 was difficult to reach. We were so full at the end of it & was so contented. Highly recommended!

The food was delicious, we ordered about S$555 worth of food (incl GST) for 7 people and although it was really good, the portion sizes are rather small. Because it is expensive given the other factors like sizing, ambience, hotel restaurant, service, it would give the value an average score. Do let the service staff know that you will like to slow down the speed at which the dishes come because dinner felt quite rushed. Other than that, good experience! Unlikely to visit again but once in a lifetime is enough :)

Nice ambience for a European cuisine. Was served by Philip and he is awesome. He recommended us some dishes and I must say his recommendations were awesome. He recommended Batalle-Spanish Duroc White Pork Rack, it was awesome and delicious.

slightly below expectation for a Michelin guide's restaurant. service wise, a particular waiter was condescending and he twice placed my plates down rudely. tomahawk was under-seasoned. duroc pork rack was ok. dessert was disappointing.

Service was not attentive n some miscom. But enjoyed the atmosphere, free flow of beverages. And Grace excellent service made up the shortfall.

The lunch set menu was value-for-money. The mains in particular, were delicious!

Loved the ambiance! Perfect for Celebrations! Loved the great food too. Set lunch is great deal. Lobster Laksa is my favoruite. We will be back!

It was a great dining experience at this beautiful colonial style hotel in the bustling city. It would be great if the laksa was spicier. As for waffle , there was no syrup to go along with so it tasted a bit dry for me. The service a bit slow but staffs are professional.

Food is really yummy and ambiance is cozy and relaxing . The staff is friendly and welcomed . It’s not crowded during weekday and the set is worthy of money.
