Klook and its partners must be proactive in monitoring customer service. Until the D day and the time the car did not arrive and the car provider did not know that there was service to the customer which had actually been confirmed. Finally the car came after the tenant contacted the owner of the vehicle.
I was paid this booking but they not show up, they eat my money. Even respond from klook is too slow with so many reason.
