Kakheti Wine Region Tour from Tbilisi

This is one of the best experience in Georgia so far.. I did the walking Tour yesterday for 4 hours and I had a tiny mini wine tasting tour and I was happy with it.. I was thinking did I make a mistake of booking an entire Day of wine tour.. but this is the best Day of the tours I have done so far and i dont regret it of booking this trip, rather super enjoyful and very informative by our guide LADO.. he is basically from a place near to Signagi and he explained about Georgia and Georgian history and culture in details. We kept trying multiple wines and chacha from afternoon till late evening. Thats best part. Someone who haven't tried Georgian food, can go for lunch for 45 lari per adult. It's worth the deal. The restaurant serves really tasty food. I personally loved the 4.5 kms wall and the walk around it. Lado was very accomadative and informative thoughout the trip.. thank you Lado and Gamarjoba for this amazing experience. :) And we had a great group of wondeful people who travelled along with us.. see you tomorrow for Kazbegi trip. The tour was well planned, and beautifully covered all the regions of Kakheti, Sighnagi and Bodbe. Our guide- Kat was amazing, full of energy and made the whole experience really unforgettable. She shared lots of insights about history, geopolitics and culture and we absolutely loved the way she showed us around. The wine tasting was great as well, we liked the family winery more than the corporation, but all the wines were good to taste. Highly recommend the tour, and go with Kat if you wish to have a memorable day.

It was great experience. Our tour guide Nina was amazing. She made our tour fun and full of interesting information about each and every place we’ve visited. I highly recommended this tour when you get to visit Georgia.

I would like to thank Cathy for organising this amazing tour. the itinerary was well designed, timely followed and sufficient free time was given to explore places on our own. The itinerary is the same as it described, the tour guide MERI is very good, knowledgable of everything, and knows how to make all the group members more involved in the activities. The title is winery tour, but in fact other itineraries are also very good, such as the whole breading process with free red wine and cheese By tour company, you can also have optional lunch, but you are not forced to join set lunch, because set lunch seems too much for us, and indeed set lunch can not let you enjoy the famous local dishes and wine, but it is too much for me I didn’t eat the side dishes. The wine tasting was also a pleasure, I learned more about Georgian wine, and I was free to shop in the store. MUST join the tour if you are first time visiting Tbilisi.

We really enjoyed the tour, especially our tour guide, Miss Kat. She is very energetic and bubbly. There are no dull moments with her. The tour operator was also very organised. The places we've been were great.

this experience was wonderful. got to enjoy bread, cheese, and wine and see beautiful sites with wonderful views. The host, Tako, was knowledgeable and personable.

It was a very leisurely wine culture tour, from the cozy homemade wine village to the luxurious wine company, from the traditional winemaking method to the modern industrial winemaking process, different processes produce very good wine. There are several tastings in the whole process. As long as you have a good alcohol tolerance! It is worth a trip. Because we don't speak English, the professional tour guide is very patient to communicate with us using translation software. It is a great honor to meet such a good tour guide to lead and take care of us. The whole itinerary is very full and rich, so we ended the day's journey very happily.

Despite the rainy weather, we pushed through and had a wonderful time with our guide Oki. Tour started on time, transfers were smooth and we felt safe all the time. So glad I joined this tour, thank you.
