Usage reminder

• The date you select when booking is your pick-up date (flight departure date).
• The mobile phone must be an unlocked SIM card version, meaning a mobile phone that does not have a specific telecom carrier SIM card. Please pay attention to this yourself.
• The service provider's customer service will activate your service according to the "specified activation date" and will notify you of the scheduled activation date by email after you place your order.
• Activation by the manufacturer is based on UK time. The activation time on the day of activation cannot be specified, and is usually before noon UK time. The first day of validity is calculated from the day of activation. Delays in activation may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as manufacturer system maintenance or damage to local base stations.
• If there are any changes to your itinerary, please notify the supplier’s LINE customer service at least 3 days before the default activation date; otherwise, the activation date cannot be rescheduled, and refunds will not be possible. • Please do not insert the SIM card in advance. Ensure you insert the SIM card after arriving in the applicable country. We regret that refunds cannot be issued if the card is rendered unusable due to premature insertion.
• PIN code is required for use and is located on the backing card. Please do not discard the backing card.
• This card is for mobile phones only and is not compatible with other electronic devices (e.g., tablets, Wi-Fi routers).
• This plan is intended for short-term use and cannot be topped up, extended, or ported to other carriers.
• This card number is a temporary, revolving number and may not be usable for registering on some mobile apps that require phone number verification, such as Uber.
• All calls are limited to standard landlines and mobile phones, excluding premium rate numbers.
• To ensure fair access to mobile network services for all users, telecommunications companies have established international fair usage policies to regulate data usage. Excessive data consumption within a short period may result in temporary speed throttling by the telecommunications company.
• Unlike Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau, Europe is not densely populated, and base station infrastructure is not as extensive. Therefore, signal strength may be weaker in remote mountainous areas and beaches. Communication quality will be affected by different usage environments, and internet speed will vary depending on factors such as terrain, climate, building obstructions, number of users, and location. Our technical customer service team will assist you with technical issues, but refunds will not be issued due to poor reception.
