What to expect
Put your comfort in the hands of an experienced and professional driver. Get from Guangzhou (or elsewhere in Guangdong) to Hong Kong - or back - with ease in a spacious MPV vehicle. Upon landing at the Arrival Hall of the airport, you will see your driver awaiting with a sign of your name. The driver will help with your luggage to the vehicle conveniently parked inside the terminal. Once you're in the car, an air conditioned Toyota Alphard MPV that can accommodate up to six passengers, all you have to do is relax as your driver begins the journey to/from Hong Kong. Pick ups from central Hong Kong and other cities near Guangzhou are also available, including Foshan, Dongguan and Zhongshan. All transfers are one way, for the return journey, simply make a second booking for your chosen route.

- Car model: Toyota Alphard
- Group of 6 passenger(s) or less
- For the capacity of 6 passengers can check in a maximum 4 pieces of luggage and 2 hand carry (RMB80 surcharge per extra luggage) . Each suitcase shall not exceed 55cm x 35cm x 22cm (28"). The dimensions include wheels, handles, and side pockets
- Oversized and excess baggage are subjected to the availability of storage space on the vehicle and may be caused a surcharge, you can make the special request upon checkout
Additional information
- Booking must be made at least 8 hours before scheduled pick up time
- Child seats are not available
- When No. 3 Typhoon signal is raised in Hong Kong, the service will still be available, should any guests require it. However, there will be an additional fee of CNY200 for transfers to Shenzhen City or CNY400 for transfers to Shenzhen Airport
- If No. 8 or above typhoon signal is raised, all services will be suspended
- Please prepare your own valid visa or other travel documents before taking the transfer service
- From December 2017 onwards, all passengers traveling from Hong Kong to China are required to get off the vehicle with their luggage before crossing the border on foot. After you've crossed the border, you will be able to get on the vehicle once more
- Guangzhou Areas include: Guangzhou City/Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport
- Other Guangdong Areas include: Dongguan/Zhongshan/Foshan/Panyu/Qingyuan/Shunde City
- Surcharge may be applied for rural areas. For other areas within Guangdong, please kindly email support@klook.com with your pick up and drop off point and we will confirm the surcharge rate
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- CNY100 for services from 06:00-20:00 and 22:00-00:00
- CNY200 each way for service 00:00-06:00
- CNY100 for each additional stop (en route or same district only)
- If the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, it will charge 200 RMB for the first hour, and if it exceeds the second hour, it will be deemed that the service has been used

really good. car was big enough for 4 peoples with 3 large luggages, 1 standard luggage and 2 cabine cases. driver was on time to pick us at our hotel. took around 2h30 from hong kong to our hotel in Guangzhou including going through immigration. the only negative point would be that contact for meeting point confirmation was not proactive from the driver side. i needed to send a message the day before to get the information. except that everything was good
