During the spring season, the Lobby Lounge at Island Shangri-La offers a glamorous afternoon tea experience. Enjoy a selection of savory bites with a hint of spring, such as Green Pea Éclair with Caviar, Smoked Salmon Tartine with and Cream Cheese and Spring Flower, and Roasted Chicken Sandwich with Pesto Mayo . These are complemented by artful pastries crafted by our Executive Pastry Chef, Julien Gourmelon, including Lychee Raspberry Cube, Lemon Yuzu Meringue Tart, and Exotic Coconut, all of which are sure to provide a delightful sweetness that will excite your palate.
