What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges? This activity includes one-way private transfer service, english speaking driver, toll fee, fuel fee. Attraction tickets are not included. Additional charges applies for child seat and additional stops which is subject to availability
When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed? The operator will send the driver’s details one day before your scheduled date by 6 pm (GMT +8) via email. Kindly provide the reachable email for you to receive the driver details

On weekends, there was a traffic jam from Malacca back to Kuala Lumpur. The drive took about three hours. The driver would stop at a rest stop along the way. There were many shops there, and there were also ice creams to cool off.

This is a very useful service for teams with a large number of people. The biggest advantage is that you can transfer your luggage directly from your accommodation in Malacca to your accommodation in Kuala Lumpur. I left around 12pm on Saturday and it took a little more than 2 hours to get to my KLCC accommodation. One thing that was disappointing was that the car was a bit older and less clean, and the driver played music too loudly and often talked on the phone loudly, making it less comfortable. Still, I recommend it as it allows for convenient transportation overall.
