How do I redeem my ticket and board the ferry?

You do not need to exchange for a physical ticket. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-voucher with a QR code. Simply present the QR code on your mobile device at the boarding gate to scan and enter.

How early should I arrive at the ferry terminal?

Please arrive at the ferry terminal at least 30-60 minutes before departure to clear immigration and present your QR code for boarding. Please note that the check-in gate closes 10 minutes before departure. During weekends, public holidays, or peak hours, arriving even earlier is recommended to allow extra time for immigration queues.

How do group bookings work if I buy tickets for multiple passengers?

You only need to provide the details of one participant during checkout. Individual QR codes will be issued for each ticket under that single booking, so your entire group can clear boarding and travel together.
