Eligibility
- Infant aged 0-4 travel for free (Maximum 1 per adult) and must be seated on the accompanying adult's lap. A child ticket is required for a separate seat
- Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults

- Your ticket gives you unlimited boardings across all stops for the duration of your tour. Hop off to explore, then hop back on when you are ready to move
- You can start your journey at any of the designated bus stops on all four routes. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The operator recommend arriving at your chosen stop at least 10 minutes early
- Your ticket includes a cruise along the Thames. Cruises depart from Westminster Pier, Tower Pier, Greenwich Pier, or the London Eye Pier. The boat ride falls within your four-hour time limit
- The buses operate year-round in all weather conditions. The lower decks are covered, while some buses feature a semi-open roof, allowing the tour to continue under cover if the weather changes. Dress appropriately for the season and bring a waterproof jacket if rain is forecast
- Water is allowed on board but the operator ask you to keep all other drinks and snacks for when you hop off the bus
- Hop-On Hop-Off bus and river cruise services run every day of the year (With the exception of Christmas day) across all four routes, with departures up to every 10 minutes on the busiest routes
- Audio commentary is available in English / Chinese / Spanish / Russian / Portuguese / Japanese / German / French / Italian / Polish
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
