Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability

Eligibility

The child ticket price only provides a seat in the tour vehicle; children aged 6 years old (inclusive) and above must occupy a bed, and will be charged the same price as adults, which includes a bed, breakfast, and attraction tickets. Age is determined by the actual age on the day of travel.
