Really loved the ride! It was very convenient, with a smooth pickup from the hotel and a timely drop-off. The driver was punctual, and the entire journey was very comfortable. Highly recommended!
The driver arrived 16 minutes before the scheduled time, and the vehicle was in excellent condition. It was raining, and the car's interior temperature was so cold it felt like a refrigerator; I almost caught a cold. I asked for the air conditioning to be turned down, but my request was not accommodated. I decided it was best not to bother the driver while they were operating the vehicle, so I endured it. Aside from that, it was a very good choice, and I recommend it.

I had a great experience with this limousine bus service from Hanoi to Ninh Binh and back. They picked us up directly from our hotel with a private car and brought us to the main limousine bus. Everything was smooth and well-organized. The staff were punctual, professional, and friendly throughout the journey. A car picked us up at our homestay in Trang An and brought us for a limousine transfer to Hanoi. When we arrived at the drop-off office in Hanoi, a car picked us up and brought us to our chosen drop-off point.
the transfer was smooth from hanoi to ninh binh. there is a free bottled water for each guest. company contacts and the one who picked us up arrived on time. point for improvement i guess is to improve cleanliness of the limousine bus including cup holder (it was a bit dusty).
