- Luggage Weight Limit: No single bag may weigh more than 50kg or 110lbs
- Extra fees may apply for oversized and/or additional luggage. Please pay any extra fees directly to the operator
Eligibility
- Infant (participants below 2 years old and below one meter in height) details are not required to be included in the checkout page. Instead, register and pay for the infant ticket (Php 500) at the pier's booth before boarding

- All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding

- Please be at the terminal 3-4 hours prior to departure. Boarding gate closes 60 minutes before departure
