Driver was already at the pick up location before we got to the harbour. Confirmed his location through WhatsApp. All throughout it was a good booking. Clean car and good music. Flyers and brochures are ample in the car so you can get more info about Bali

Book at 6 o'clock in the morning the next day, and receive the driver's whatsapp confirm waiting position at 6 o'clock in the morning. 9 o'clock boat, about 9:55 on the left, waiting at the pier, etc., call at 10 o'clock and the driver is 10 minutes late

another excellent experience with KLOOK. Email to customer service was answered quickly and with links to the service we needed. Driver arrived ahead of schedule and advised reception desk at hotel that he was there. He had researched the route to destination and avoided traffic by taking alternate roads. KLOOK is our go-to site.
