Bali Ubud Palace & Tirta Empul Private Full-Day Tour

Our driver Wayan Widi was absolutely awesome. He picked us up promptly from the hotel and along the way, discussed with us what the itinerary was for the day. He lent some suggestions about some additional stops along the way to some batik and handicraft outlets but since we were not keen on shopping, he did not press us on it. We pretty much had free reign on how long we wanted to stay at each stop and he was very accommodating. He even explained some aspects of the places for us and it made the experience that much more enriching. As we had experience with monkeys at Uluwatu the previous day, he suggested that we head to Tegenungan Waterfall instead and we took up the suggestion. We were not disappointed as the view was breathtaking. All in all, a great itinerary to book if you are not keen on handicraft and batik visits as well as the barong dance offered by other providers in Klook.

Alit, our tour guide, was lit (a.k.a the bomb diggity a.k.a really awesome). He was wonderful and VERY accommodating to our requests. Friendly and knowledgeable. Was okay with bringing us to our hotel early as we were tired. Expert navigator. He had extra cover ups (forgot what they’re called) so we were appropriate for temples. HE NEEDS A RAISE. If you’re booking with Klook, my husband and I would recommend Requesting Alit if possible. He also took pictures of my husband on the giant swing at the rice terrace and sent them to us along with being our photographer on our personal camera. He is wonderful!

We had the pleasure of tourin Ubud, Bali with our incredible driver, Suni, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we were picked up, he made us feel welcome, safe, and well taken care of. Suni was not just a driver but a fantastic guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to share interesting facts about Balinese culture and local life. He was also super flexible with our schedule, offering great suggestions while still letting us explore at our own pace. The car was very clean and comfortable, with great air conditioning (which you’ll be thankful for in the Bali heat!). We visited beautiful temples, l, scenic rice terraces, and local markets. These attractions are classic and worth visiting. The tour guide is very good. He will arrange the itinerary due to the traffic flow and will not rush the trip, but will give recommended times. The tour guide is also very good at chatting, answering all questions, and he also pays attention to privacy. He will not take the initiative to ask you what you had for lunch or what souvenirs you bought unless you take the initiative to inform or ask him.

We had a wonderful trip. We learned so much about the country’s culture and way of life. The tour was very flexible, and we were able to decide how much time we wanted to spend at each location. It was even possible to change the order of the attractions, so we could visit one place before another according to our preferences. We can truly recommend our guide, Putu. He made the experience very special, and it was an unforgettable day.

My husband and I spent the day in Ubud. We were lucky to get Alit as our driver. He was amazing. He educated us on Balanese culture. Alit explained where we were going and what we were going to do at each attraction. I felt very safe in the car as he was an exceptional driver. we had a fantastic day!
