- Bookings without adult participants are not allowed. Bookings containing only child/infant tickets will be cancelled by the operator.
- In exceptional cases, due to the limited availability of the Nasrid Palaces, the original departure time of the tour may be adjusted. In such cases, the operator will contact you to arrange a new departure time on the same date.
