- Doors close: 10 minutes before showtime, no admission after door closed - guests who arrive late may reschedule to another session (tickets are non-refundable due to company policy).
- Seats Allocation: Seats are allocated for the zone(s) selected at the time of purchase. Within each zone, seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
