Buying tickets through Klook is cheaper than purchasing them on-site. The environment is very clean, and all the animals can be touched, which the children loved. The only downside is that the venue isn't very large, so you can expect to spend about an hour there.

The staff were enthusiastic and polite, and the children had a great time. This was my first visit to this branch, and the staff were constantly cleaning, so the entire store, inside and out, was very clean.
