- For your safety at the garden, please take care around water features, stay alert for moving garden vehicles, and note that some paths may be muddy, steep, or uneven, so suitable footwear is recommended and extra caution should be taken while walking
- The use of personal drones is not allowed in the garden. Commercial drone use is also prohibited, except in limited cases where licensed operators approved by the Civil Aviation Authority have received written permission from the Head of RHS Garden Bridgewater
- For each wheelchair user, visually impaired visitor or visitor whose disability necessitates a carer, one companion is admitted free of charge
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
