I purchased a wide seat in Car 2 through Klook, but when Nankai issued the ticket, it incorrectly auto-assigned me to Seat 1 in Car 1. After the ticket was issued, I contacted Klook customer service, who followed up very diligently, but Nankai's response was extremely slow. Fortunately, I purchased the ticket many days in advance. After multiple email communications, customer service finally managed to manually change my seat to the correct car before I departed for Japan. This experience exposed a potential bug in the system, and I hope Klook or Nankai can resolve it.

Despite booking a seat that explicitly had a window, it did not. We enjoyed the ride with the normal Limited Express way more. The train was comfortable and spacious though.
