Overall service and hospitality is good. However, vehicle condition can be better. I would still engage their service for my next trip to Chengdu.

余师傅was punctual every morning and drove us to the places we wanted to go. He suggested some places but was flexible enough to accommodate our choices as well. The vehicle was also comfortable.
Yang Liang arrived early to wait for us before we got on the bus. He prepared bottled water and snacks, which made us feel welcomed and warm. The vehicle was spacious and comfortable. He told us the pick-up and drop-off locations for each attraction, and also recommended delicious local food, local customs, and practices. Overall, it was an excellent service. good experience n convenient way to travel around chengdu
The driver arrived at the hotel door 15 minutes beforehand and was waiting. The vehicle is in good condition. It’s a bit of a rush to visit two suburban attractions in one day. There is a serious traffic jam in the city during the return time after get off work, and it will most likely take more than 10 hours. However, overtime pay can be paid to the driver.
The driver was very friendly and had no problem chatting. He was kind, interesting and very patient.
The driver is very cute and gentle despite a little language barrier. The visiting team could not communicate much but the kindness of the driver remained
