Instead of being taken to the scheduled location, I was taken to a 'silk center' and almost forced to buy souvenirs. I was able to eat lunch, but it was a different Vietnamese meal than what was supposed to be included in the plan, and there were no drinks. Instead, I was probably taken to a shop recommended by the guide, and charged 220,000 VND for three drinks. We did not go to the scheduled Villages Of The Red River Delta, Banana Island, or Trúc Bạch Lake. The tour, which was supposed to last until 5:00 PM, ended at 3:30 PM, and there was no scheduled return transfer; I was just left at the site. When I complained that it was different from the plan, they simply stated that it was over. This is a complete scam.
