Han River Sightseeing and Dining Experience on 4U Cruise in Da Nang

Beautiful scenery, friendly staff, and we were offered a drink and well taken care of. My friend and I had a great time taking photos on the yacht. Everyone, please note to go to the correct meeting point if you're attending near the time of the fireworks display.

I was a bit worried after reading some recent reviews, but the experience turned out to be really good. I joined on a regular evening (not during the fireworks festival), and everything was smooth and well organized. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the views of Da Nang at night were absolutely beautiful. I guess festival nights can be much busier, but for a normal cruise day, I would definitely recommend it.

Booked the weekend 8.30pm cruise with them in spite of previous reviews as they were the only option available on klook (all other better reviewed operators fully booked). Turned out to be completely okay. Boat was on par with all the others, neither better not worse. Boat captain/driver was careful. They catered a free soft drink and cut fruits. Reasonable view of the dragon fire bridge. Not as close as some of the other boats, but clear and unblocked. Our young kids enjoyed the whole thing. No complaints from us.

We had a wonderful experience on the Han River Dinner Cruise in Da Nang! The atmosphere was beautiful, especially at night with all the city lights reflecting on the river. The views of the bridges were amazing, and watching the Dragon Bridge from the cruise made the experience even more special. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall service was smooth and well organized. The dinner was enjoyable, and it was a relaxing way to spend the evening while seeing Da Nang from a different perspective. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking for a memorable night in Da Nang!

was way disappointed as there was no dragon fire and it was just round the river with no guidance.U can only hear Vietnamese language for communication and saw two ladies come on board to dance tontwo songs before departure from the port.and the tour guide started singing along the cruising.Butsome good gestures like providing bottles cool drinks and some cut fruits was on the table when we boarded.

It was absolutely terrible! We arrived at the meeting point promptly at 5 PM, but they left us waiting until 5:30 PM before someone finally asked for our names after I inquired again. We didn't board the boat until almost 6 PM, and the seating was for six people, so my party of two had to share a table with another group. The food service was incredibly slow; the meal we purchased didn't arrive until almost 8 PM. During that time, we were so hungry that we ordered some snacks, which also took a long time to arrive. The food was very unappetizing! I can't imagine how long it could possibly take to get two bottles of mineral water. Not to mention the boat's facilities, the departure was delayed until 6:30 PM, and we were still the second-to-last boat to leave. The captain's driving skills were very poor; we even collided with another boat during the trip. The docking spot wasn't ideal either, and our return was the latest. There was absolutely no order on the boat!
