Perhaps the establishment was new to online bookings. When I arrived, the staff seemed confused. Even though I had an early reservation, I still waited over 10 minutes. However, their service attitude was good.

I booked for 8 PM on Klook, but even though we arrived before 8 PM, we still had to wait 10 minutes. They don't have any in-house technicians; they're all outsourced, and they clearly don't know how to massage. For a 120-minute hair wash and foot massage for two people, it cost $450, which isn't cheap. Given how bad the massage was, $100 would have been too much. At that moment, I just wanted it to end quickly. At the very end, they even brazenly asked for a tip. Honestly, if it hadn't been a two-hour service, I wouldn't have even considered giving one. Then they acted like the tip wasn't enough. Speechless 😓 Seriously, don't go; it's a rip-off.
