I'm super glad that the weather is fine when we get there. The registration is smooth, and the staff is very kind. The place is clean except for the beach. Many seaweeds were on the shore yesterday, and they should clean it. But overall, the experience is great!

Its peaceful vibe is accentuated by the lack of crowds, offering a truly relaxing experience. Despite its charm, the resort is somewhat dated and could benefit from some modern updates. The pools, though enjoyable, are in need of maintenance and could use additional facilities to enhance the guest experience. The Sands restaurant falls short of expectations, with food that unfortunately does not justify the price. The dishes lack flavor and creativity, making it a disappointing dining experience overall. While the on-site food trucks and another restaurant on the property might offer better options, I didn’t have the chance to sample them during my stay. If you’re planning to dine here, it may be worth exploring other available dining options first. However, the standout feature of this resort is its exceptional staff, who consistently deliver top-notch service, ensuring that every guest feels well cared for. Overall, it’s a lovely place to unwind, with room for improvement in amenities and facilities.

We had a great experience at Aquaria Water Park. Staff were all accomodating. It was my first time to booked at Klook, the application is user friendly. I will recommend Klook and Aquaria with my friends and colleagues.

Sulit. Waterpark and a beach front resort in one. Place is clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly too.
