If an inclement weather warning (Gas Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal) is still in effect for your selected date and time, guests who have purchased same-day tickets can request a change by providing Klook with two desired dates.

I've taken my kids to many indoor playgrounds, and this one is the most thoughtful! There are quite a few fun play facilities, and they're all great! The environment inside is clean, and the facilities are very new. The admission ticket even includes a pair of non-slip socks! There are also free lockers available, allowing parents to easily accompany their children while they play. Right after the entrance gate, there's a table where kids can place their water bottles, reminding everyone to stay hydrated, which is very thoughtful and convenient for parents! Additionally, alcohol-free sanitizing foam, specifically for toddlers, is placed in different areas throughout the venue – truly considerate! And the play time allows for unlimited re-entry within the chosen time slot, which is excellent value! Throughout the day, there are continuous mini-games for parents and children to participate in. The male staff member who hosted the mini-games that afternoon was incredibly dedicated, explaining the rules to everyone and encouraging and praising the children as they played. He was very attentive! Highly commendable! 👍🏻 You can win coins and small gifts in the mini-games, adding another layer of fun to the day! The only minor drawback is that the prizes from the arcade games played with coins aren't very appealing, making the coins that children worked so hard to win in the mini-games seem less valuable.
Buying tickets through Klook is even cheaper than the member price, and you can play all day on weekdays, which is a great deal! There are various types of games and facilities, and staff members announce mini-games over the loudspeaker every so often for children to line up and participate. It offers excellent value for money! The kids had a wonderful time.
Playing for 4 hours at half price is truly a great deal. Although the facilities might be boring for older children, there are many mini-games to play, so the 4 hours fly by quickly. That's why after playing once, we immediately bought another session for next time! 😄
The venue is large and new, with different areas designated for children to play. I only found out upon arrival that we could play all day, which makes it excellent value for money. Plus, every 20 minutes, staff members (uncles, big brothers, and big sisters) lead small activities, which the children absolutely love!
This is our second time playing here. It has a lot of Hong Kong character, which I really like. It's quite spacious, and there are many helpful staff members. There are also small games to play occasionally. We spent about five hours there, and my son absolutely loved it.

I believe it was a weekday, so there were fewer people in the afternoon, allowing children to play freely and parents to feel more at ease. The host announced a mini-game to earn coins, which made the children excited and line up orderly, maintaining good discipline. There were also balloons available for purchase at the entrance 🩷
The environment is clean and not crowded, and the location is convenient. Staff members lead activities periodically, making it a great place for a relaxing holiday. It's definitely worth a visit.
